Ronald J. Berke is a past president of both the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and of the Chattanooga Trial Lawyers Association and is the current President of the Belli Society.  He currently serves on the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) Board of Governors, the Board of the Academy of Catastrophic Injury Attorneys and as chair of his state PAC.  He is a former chair of the ATLA Insurance Committee and a former vice chair of the ATLA State Delegates.  He has been appointed by the State Supreme Court to serve as vice chair of the Tennessee Supreme Court Commission on CLE and Specialization and also serves as a hearing officer for the Court's Board of Professional Responsibility.  He is recipient of the Tennessee State Supreme Court's Service Award as well as the Board of Professional Responsibility.  He is an author of a chapter in the Thompson West publication, Litigating Tort Cases.  His practice ranges from automobile accidents and products liability to aviation (he is an instrument rated pilot) and commercial litigation.
