Marvin Berke graduated form Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in 1959. He then finished his J.D. at Vanderbilt Law School, where he was a judge on moot court. Since 1961, he has been a partner in Berke, Berke & Berke.

Mr. Berke is a former president of the Chattanooga Trial Lawyers, member of the board of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers, and is admitted to practice at all levels of the Courts of Tennessee, The 6th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Berke has been involved in extensive products liability, medical malpractice, and other litigation throughout his career. Currently, he is litigation in the multi-district litigation involving PPA.
